Our 24 hour cancellation policy
Your appointments are reserved especially for you, we kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours notice when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment.
Failure to attend or give adequate notice to cancel or reschedule will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the full appointment cost.
We kindly ask you to provide your card details in order to secure all of your future bookings made here at Soul Awaken Skin Therapies. In the event that you cannot provide a legitimate card, you will be asked to secure your appointment with full payment instead. Your card is saved on a secure system and we will be notified if your card is faulty, expired or inauthentic.
Your card will only be charged in the event of a breach of the Booking Policy agreement, such as an appointment 'no show' (100% of the treatment) or if you cancel my appointment within 24 hours (100% of the treatment).
Our late arrivals policy
We do ask that you please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. In the case of late arrivals, we may need to reduce your treatment time and the full appointment fee will be charged.
Arrivals after 15 minutes may result in needing to reschedule your booking and the full appointment fee will be charged.
Booking with a gift voucher?
If you are attending an appointment with a Gift Voucher, our 24 hour cancellation policy still applies. Failure to attend or give adequate notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment will incur the loss of the full treatment cost against the voucher. If the voucher amount is less than the treatment cost, the voucher will be void.
