BOOKING POLICY

Our 24 hour cancellation policy:
 
Your appointments are reserved especially for you so we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. Failure to attend or give adequate notice to cancel or reschedule will incur a loss of the $50.00 part payment. This is to ensure we have the opportunity to fill your spot and offer a variety of appointment times to our clients. 


Our late arrivals policy:

We do ask that you please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. In the case of late arrivals, we may need to reduce your treatment time and the full service fee will be charged. Arrivals later than 30 minutes will incur the loss of the $50.00 part payment and the appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Booking with a pre-purchased treatment?

You are still subject to the 24 cancellation policy, however, because you have already pre-purchased your treatment, you will not need to secure the booking with a part payment. Failure to attend or give adequate notice to cancel or reschedule will incur the loss of $50.00 from your pre-purchased treatment total. For all pre-purchased treatments, please contact us directly and avoid using this online booking system as it will charge you the $50 automatically. However if you do choose this option, we will deduct your $50 from any products purchased on the day.

Booking with a gift voucher?

If you are attending an appointment with a Gift Voucher, our 24 hours cancellation policy still applies. Failure to attend or give adequate notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment will incur a loss of $50.00 of your Gift Voucher. If your Gift Voucher amount is below $50.00, the Gift Voucher will no longer be available to use.
